Hiring Manager: I am seeking a position with your company as a MIS/IT support, service representative. I have been in the MIS/IT industry for over 20 years. My customer service skills have been developed over many years in the technology industry.

I am an expert in maintaining, operating, updating and repairing computers, printers, phone systems, servers and network infrastructure.

I have worked as the senior web developer for Haas Automation, Inc., in Oxnard, CA. I was responsible for an international network of Haas dealerships including help desk support. At Haas I managed multiple FTP sites and multiple individual web sites.

I have also managed IIS 6.0 and 7.0, my current expertise lies in classic ASP with SQL server back end. I have worked within SQL server in a management, development and production capacity.

I am well-versed in graphic manipulation working in both Corel Photo Paint and Adobe Photoshop. In addition, my skills include setup for ASP with database interfaces, file structure interfaces, and configuration of Exchange server. My current certifications include Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript Fundamentals, IIS Server Management, and Visual Basic 6.0 Fundamentals.
